The delivery cost is determined by weight and distance.
Delivery is made to any location in Romania between 5 and 30 working days from the moment of order processing/confirmation and depending on the destination of the packages.
Personal lift
It is available and can be done at our headquarters in Bihor county, Cefa village, Str. Main, No. 3.
For better organization, please notify us 24-48 hours before arriving at the office to pick up the product.
Documents According to Romanian legislation, all parcels are accompanied by:
purchase invoice;
warranty certificate;
product declaration of conformity;
assembly diagram (if applicable).
Upon receipt of the package, please ensure that all these documents are present. If you notice any of them being partially/totally missing, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@termocasa.ro or 0786 080 000.
