The product warranty is 24 months (legal warranty of conformity), and in addition, an extended commercial warranty is granted up to a total duration of: 2 years (classic monobloc) / 5 years (comfort monobloc), 7 years (classic split), 10 years (comfort split) from the date of purchase for the entire assembly (heat pump), if the inspection and maintenance are carried out by the seller or his authorized representatives, upon the customer's written request to the e-mail address service @termocasa. Ro or contact@termocasa.ro, for a fee after the first year and then annually.
The first inspection must be carried out within 12 months of purchase.
If the customer does not request the verification within 12 consecutive months, does not accept it in writing or does not pay the verification fee within 30 days of the issuance of the proforma invoice, the extended commercial warranty no longer applies, without affecting the 24-month legal compliance warranty.
Lack of periodic checks may result in defects not being covered under warranty if it is found that this contributed to the occurrence of the defect.
Periodic inspections are calculated from the date of initial sale, regardless of any repairs or replacements.
1. This document certifies that the purchased product benefits from warranty and service under the conditions of compliance with the rules of installation, use, handling and transport.
2. The seller guarantees against manufacturing and material defects for the above period starting from the date of purchase by the end user. The seller declares that the consumer has the right to corrective measures from the seller, without cost, in case of non-conformity of the goods and that such corrective measures are not affected by the commercial warranty.
3. The warranty covers only those defects that appear in operation normal use of the product and does not apply to:
-
- a) Careless handling and operation (electrical, mechanical, thermal shocks, high degree of impurities and/or excessive humidity in the work room, placing in positions other than normal, foreign objects entering the equipment, liquids, etc.), and the assembly must be carried out by an authorized installer.
- b) Using consumables other than those recommended by the seller.
- c) Interventions not authorized in writing by the company TERMOCASA for equipment under warranty (in this case the product warranty is no longer valid and becomes void).
- d) Exploitation above the maximum temperature limit provided by the manufacturer or the use of liquids with a sulphide concentration higher than 0,2mg/L.
- e) Power supply at voltages and frequencies other than those provided by the manufacturer (230V or 400V) with a tolerance of no more than 3% (if the voltage at the equipment power outlet is not stable, it is recommended to check and remedy the problem or use a voltage stabilizer that must be 4× the power of the equipment, and capable of supporting the current and voltage at startup and during operation of the equipment.).
- f) Defects due to customer intervention.
- g) Using an inappropriate support.
- h) Defects due to the connection cables, the grounding of the building as well as due to the connection/disconnection of the equipment during operation.
The defects described above will void the warranty and repairs will be paid for by the customer.
4. Pre-installed electronic products requested by the customer are not subject to this warranty certificate.
5. The product warranty and service are provided at the seller's workplace (headquarters). Defective products will be shipped by the buyer to the seller at the seller's expense during the warranty period. If there is a fault with the heat pump that cannot be fixed in a very short time, then we recommend using radiators/convectors/air heaters/etc. electric or other heating sources, to heat the building until the heat pump is repaired (if you cannot afford to purchase them, then the company Termocasa will provide you with these temporary heating sources).
In the event of product replacement, the commercial warranty period continues from the date of initial purchase and is not renewed.
6. The product is guaranteed for a number of up to 1000 starts per year, the temperature on the hot side to be below 45 degrees Celsius.
7. At the request of the guarantee it is necessary to do so a detailed WRITTEN presentation of the detected defect and is communicated to the manufacturer's e-mail addresses service @termocasa. Ro and contact@termocasa.ro, and the remedy will be carried out within 15 calendar days from the date on which the products arrive at the seller's work point. The buyer has the obligation to send the defective/non-conforming product to the seller within 5 days at most from the request for repair. Repairs or replacements during the commercial warranty period are carried out within a reasonable period that cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the moment when the seller was informed by the consumer about the non-conformity and which is established by mutual agreement, in writing, between the seller and consumer, taking into account the nature and complexity of the goods, the nature and severity of the non-conformity and the effort required to complete the repair or replacement.
8. In the event of an unjustified warranty claim, the customer will be obliged to pay for the diagnostic work of the product, which cannot be less than the equivalent of 50 Euros at the rate of the day.
9. Maintenance or service visits at the customer's premises are not included in the warranty on the territory of Romania and will be carried out against the cost, and outside the territory of Romania it is possible to opt for sending the product for servicing at the seller's premises or for the revision to be carried out by an installer authorized contracted by the buyer.
10. Warranty or warranty extensions are granted only if seals or labels applied by society TERMOCASA are intact. The seller is only responsible for the product sold, not for assembly or other accessories purchased from other merchants. The installation company will be responsible for the installation of the heat pump or the hidden faults due to the installation (refrigerant losses, heating agent losses, insufficient flow, imbalance of the air conditioning circuits, non-compliance with the installation instructions in the installation manual, the presence of air in the installation, etc. The buyer is recommended have a contract with the fitter, based on which the fitter ensures the disassembly/assembly of the products to send the defective products to service (this can include all the products and accessories fitted by the fitter and purchased from several merchants), otherwise the buyer assumes the costs of disassembling/assembling the defective parts, the seller not having this responsibility.
11. The duration of the warranty period is extended by the time elapsed from the date on which the buyer complained about the product's failure and until it is put back into operation. If the non-conformity is remedied by replacement, for the goods replacing the non-conforming goods, the period of time provided for in the commercial warranty of durability begins to run from the date of replacement.
12. By signing this certificate, the buyer expresses his agreement with the contents of this document and declares that he has taken over the device in good condition. Any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer will be settled amicably or will be submitted for settlement to the competent court at the Seller's headquarters.
13. The average duration of use is equal to the warranty period.

The warranty certificate is valid together with the purchase invoice no. ……………………………… and the invoice + installation guarantee provided by the installer as well as with the "Commissioning Minutes" communicated and validated (on the date of product installation) by the technical department of Termocasa through email addresses service @termocasa. Ro or contact@termocasa.ro, The absence of communication and validation of the Commissioning Minutes leads to the nullity of the Warranty Certificate! The customer has the obligation to request the "Commissioning" upon completion of the installation, in writing to the e-mail address service @termocasa. Ro, this is the only way to identify the date and quality of the installation.

The work is considered "COMMISSIONED" only after the technician has verified the information Termocasa and their validation by e-mail in writing.
The provider/installer and the beneficiary, I proceeded to hand over, respectively receive the work performed by the provider as follows:

2. putting the heat pump into operation
3. making the water-mains connections
4. making domestic water connections
5. flow calibration (water)
6. installation of recirculation pumps
7. installation of thermostats
After putting the installation into operation, performing tests and checks in accordance with the rules and regulations in force, the beneficiary took delivery of the above installation without any objections.
