FREE Heat Pump installation Termocasa

Company Termocasa perform the following assembly works - FREE - (in the counties of Bihor, Satu Mare, Arad, Timiş, Cluj, Alba, Maramureş, Sălaj) in the case of the purchase of one or more brand heat pumps TERMOCASA Confort model water-water or ground-water with powers between 8 and 22kw (only at the customer's request):

• installation of hydraulic connections for the cold circuit (ground water or glycol / buried wells),
• installation of hydraulic connections for the heating circuit (heating agent for home heating),
• installation of electrical connections to supply the installation,
• installation of electrical connections for command and control of the heat pump,
• installation of recirculation pump related to the heat pump,
• installation of the heat pump connection to the accumulator (puffer) thermal agent,
• installation of the heat pump connection to the domestic hot water boiler,
• mounting connection to the 3-way valve for domestic hot water boiler (if purchased from the company Termocasa)
• installation of boiler and accumulator thermostats (puffer) related to the heat pump,
• commissioning and calibrating the heat pump,
• the installation work is free only if it is performed with PPR pipe and connections, and if the customer wants to use other types of pipe (copper, pexal, multilayer, etc.) he must discuss the additional costs with the installation team in advance and pay them .

The client has the obligation to make it available to the company's representatives Termocasa next:

• the technical room (or another suitable room, hereinafter also referred to as the technical room), finished and insulated against frost with a surface at least double that of the air conditioning elements together (heat pump 70cmX70cm, boiler, puffer, etc.),
• the water connections from the borehole or glycol from the coils must be present in the technical room and be functional,
• the 220V or 380V power connections, as the case may be, must be present in the technical room and be functional,
• the heating agent connections for the air conditioning of the home must be present in the technical room and be functional,
• the command and control connections of the home as appropriate (thermostat, smart home, etc.) to be present in the technical room and to be functional,
• the electrical connections for command and control of the ground water pump (hydraulic pump, submersible pump, etc.) to be present in the technical room and to be functional,
• the heat pump and the rest of the accessories (boiler, puffer, etc.) must be present in the technical room before the arrival of the team Termocasa,
• the customer will provide all the necessary accessories for the installation of the heat pump (connections, pipes, taps, etc.).

If the client wishes to carry out other works than those offered free of charge, then he will specify this to the company representative Termocasa to be negotiated and determine the amount of the works before moving the assembly team to the customer's premises / domicile, such as: installation of radiators/radiators, installation of home automation, installation of distributors, boiler connection to the house installation (hot water / cold water), puffer connection to the air conditioning of the house, fan coil installation, etc.

Overtaking at the client's headquarters and per diem (if applicable) is at his expense, and the amount will be determined according to the distance between his building and the headquarters Termocasa.

Installations will be scheduled and executed in the order in which orders are paid.
