The Oradean inventor Adrian Farcaș won multiple awards in Timișoara

The heat exchanger patented by Adrian Farcaș won four awards at the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations in Timișoara

The grand prize of the salon, the Gold Medal, the Excellence Award (from the Bucharest Polytechnic University) and the Special Award (from the King Mihai University in Timișoara). These are the prizes obtained by the inventor from Oradea, Ciprian Adrian Farcaș, at the 07rd edition of the "Traian Vuia" International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations. The event took place at the Youth House in Timișoara between 09.06.2017-XNUMX/XNUMX/XNUMX.

"At this show, I exhibited my invention patent, which refers to a heat exchanger used in the field of heat pumps and which brings a major improvement to these heating systems. Its main characteristics are: the ability to expand in case of frost (thus eliminating the intermediate heat exchanger used by all manufacturers of water-to-water heat pumps, significantly reducing the costs of implementation and operation, respectively increasing the performance of the heat pump by up to 25 %)", the Oradea resident told us.

The exchanger is made of a non-stick material, which prevents the formation of deposits (well water can be cloudy, with a high content of impurities and can form deposits, leading to the clogging of conventional exchangers). The product warranty can be extended up to 20 years, taking into account the durability of the materials from which it is made. "The invention is already applied on a large scale in the construction of heat pumps Termocasa, a company with almost 10 years of experience in the production, sale and installation of heating systems with heat pumps that use this type of exchanger, patented by me", specified Adrian Farcaş.

Water-to-water heat pumps represent the cheapest heating system known to date on the world market. The patent of the inventor from Oradea has been used for almost 10 years on the market, reaching maturity in terms of tests and performances. It is revolutionizing the construction of heat pumps worldwide.
