Refunds and Returns Policy

Termocasa

1. General Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with original labels, packaging and accessories.

Used products, with traces of use, scratches, mechanical/electrical shocks or unauthorized interventions are not accepted.

The product must not contain personal data and must be rolled back to the original software version (where applicable).

Unsealed products can only be returned if they have been minimally tested and not used excessively.

Returns of products with activated OEM licenses or uninstalled software are not accepted.

2. Return methods

• Direct return to headquarters Termocasa.

• Return by courier or mail, with all documents and accessories included.

3. Refund of the Amount

The money will be returned to the mentioned bank account or card, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

In the case of orders paid by card, the refund is made to the account from which the payment was made.

Refund may be delayed until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

4. Right of Withdrawal (GEO no. 34/2014)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The period is calculated from:

• date of receipt of the last product (multiple orders);
• date of receipt of the last piece (product delivered in parts).

5. Decrease in the Value of Products

Products can be tested as in a physical store.

Any usage in excess of testing may result in a fee of between 5% and 50%.

Accessories and packaging are an integral part of the product.

6. Products without the Right of Return

Returns are not accepted for:

• Services already provided with the client's consent;
• Customized products;
• Products that can deteriorate quickly;
• Products unsealed for hygiene reasons;
• Computer programs, digital content, or unsealed audio/video recordings.

7. Return Procedure

Send it to contact@termocasa.ro or hand over the product to the courier along with the form and related documents.
