FIELD OF USE

This pump lends itself to pressure recirculation of hot water below 110 degrees Celsius. In particular, this pump solves the problem of shower/sink pressure due to lower pressure and fluctuating pressure. When the tap water is at low pressure, an automatic switch can be provided that starts the recirculation pump. It can also increase pressure for non-pressurized solar hot water panels, increase pressure and circulate water for industrial equipment, and provide circulation for the air conditioning system.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

1. There is an adjustable button switch in the junction box, which can be used to adjust the working speed: III is high speed, II is medium speed, I is low speed. The lowest speed is about 40-50% of the highest, the input speed is reduced to about 50%. The customer can adjust the speed to control the flow and pressure according to different situations.
2. This pump has a stainless steel shielding set and keeps the water completely away from the electrical installation, no mechanical sealing is required, so it completely solves the pump leakage, it is equipped with ceramic bearing, stainless steel shaft, friction resistant, corrosion resistant. If used properly, it does not need maintenance for three years, the excellent quality of the materials ensures a long service life.
3. The noise class of the pump is lower than min. limitation "EEC: Standard for equipment and machinery". It is most suitable for indoor installation and use with the least noise.
4. All materials inside the motor are heat-resistant, so they can be fully used in the hot water circulation booster system.
5. Below 25mm outlet and inlet diameter, they can be equipped with automatic flow switch to have more circulation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Maximum working temperature: 0~+110

3. Condition of liquids: clean, without solid substance, without mineral and oily substances, without adhesion.
4. Chemical composition: almost neutral, low acidity, water with maximum glycol content: 30%
5. If you want to use other types of liquids, please consult the manufacturer.

7. Minimum working pressure:
A. At +50 degrees Celsius 0,3 bar
B. At +95 degrees Celsius 0.5 bar
C. At +110 degrees Celsius 1.0 bar
The above values ​​are only suitable for altitude up to 300 m, and if the altitude is higher, then every 100 m will be 0,01 bar. To avoid the occurrence of vibrations that can increase the noise produced by the pump, you should keep the minimum pressure limit. The pump must work within the nominal voltage range ±10%, if the voltage is too low, the pump will start at low speed or start hard, heat up, flow and pressure drop.

CAUTION

1. When you connect the pump to the power supply, let it run for a few seconds to check whether it starts normally or not, but don't let the pump run without water for a long time because it may damage the ceramic bearing.
2. Please pay attention to the water drops on the wooden floor or moisture-sensitive goods when ventilating the pump or disassembling it.
3. Do not touch to avoid scalding when our pump is used in the heating system. Wiring materials must be resistant to high temperatures.
4. Before installation, make sure the pipe is well welded and clean. If there are foreign substances, welding clinker, dirt, they will damage the water pump.
5. The place where the pump is installed should be easily accessible for maintenance and replacement.
6. We suggest you install valves at the inlet and outlet for maintenance.
7. The direction of fluid flow should be the same as the arrow on the pump.
8. When the position of the pump is not proper, the hex connection can be loosened and return the pump to the correct position. Please don't damage the rubber seal, then tighten the screw again and check whether the seal is ok or not.

PUMP VENT

If the pump and water heater are working, but the central heating is not, there may be air in the pipe or in the pump that is preventing fluid from circulating. Normally the circulation pump is vented automatically after a certain period of time, otherwise you should vent it manually.
1. Before use, please ventilate the pump and installation.
2. If the pump continues to work for a week for domestic hot water circulation, please ventilate once a week.

Ventilation methods:

At first, cut off the power supply and close the outside valve, then slowly turn the drain screw, use a straight screwdriver, rotate the pump impeller for 15-30 seconds. A quantity of liquid will come out after venting, then please tighten the drain screw.
