BOILER CHECK TERMOCASA
750 RON + VAT / UNIT WITH A WORKING TIME BETWEEN 1 AND 3 HOURS + travel 3 RON/km
Verification and maintenance operations:
– Visual inspection of the boiler (traces of corrosion, deformations, suspicious areas of perforation).
– Checking the tightness of the hydraulic connections (flow/return/recirculation).
– Checking for possible water leaks or infiltrations.
– Checking the thermal insulation of the boiler.
– Checking the support and fasteners.
– Checking the operation of the coil/coils (thermal transfer).
– Checking for limescale and sediment deposits inside the boiler.
– Boiler emptying and cleaning, if necessary (for a fee).
– Checking the magnesium anode (degree of wear).
– Magnesium anode replacement, if necessary (for a fee).
– Checking the heat exchanger and its efficiency.
– Checking the water temperature and thermostat setting.
– Checking the safety valve.
– Checking the expansion tank (if present in the system).
– Checking the ventilation of the installation.
– Checking water quality (estimated hardness / deposits).
– Checking for possible traces of internal corrosion (indirectly).
– Complete system function test.
– User retraining on the correct operation of the equipment.
Mentions:
Consumables (magnesium anode, gaskets, etc.) are invoiced separately.
Any repairs are carried out only with the consent of the beneficiary.
In case of identification of major defects, a separate estimate will be prepared.
The inspection is preventive and does not guarantee the absence of subsequent failures. The provider is only responsible for the condition of the equipment at the time of the inspection.
Limescale deposits, corrosion or poor water quality can lead to damage to the boiler and do not represent a manufacturing defect.
Lack of periodic maintenance and failure to replace the magnesium anode may result in loss of warranty.
Using the boiler without a proper water treatment system (softener/salt-free filtration) in areas with hard water can lead to premature damage to the equipment and void the warranty.
